Hypnotherapy · RTT®

When the mind is ready to go deeper.

Sometimes we understand something completely and still cannot seem to change it. RTT® works at the level where lasting change actually begins.

What is RTT®

Rapid Transformational Therapy

RTT® is a clinical hypnotherapy method that draws on hypnosis, NLP, and CBT. In a guided hypnotic state, deeply relaxed yet fully aware, we explore the root of a pattern, reframe what was formed there, and install a new understanding at a level the mind can integrate.

What to expect

Most clients complete one to three sessions, along with a personalized audio recording used daily for integration. Initial sessions run 90-120 minutes. This is not talk therapy. It goes deeper.

Areas of support

What RTT® can help with

RTT works with the subconscious mind, the deeper part of us where early emotional experiences, protective coping patterns, and long-held beliefs about ourselves are stored. It helps uncover the meanings we attached to past experiences so those patterns can begin to shift in a more conscious and supportive way.

Anxiety & chronic stress

Grief, loss & life transition

Self-worth & confidence

Burnout & overwhelm

Perfectionism & people-pleasing

Health-related emotional blocks

My philosophy: I believe that lasting change happens when the nervous system feels safe, the subconscious mind is gently engaged, and the person is met with respect and compassion—not pressure or judgment.

About Lani

A RTT hypnotherapist who meets you where thinking can't reach.

I created Lōkahi Hypnotherapy as a space for meaningful transformation, emotional healing, and lasting inner change. My approach is grounded, compassionate, and deeply client-centered. I believe many of the patterns that keep us stuck are not signs that something is wrong with us, but learned protective responses that can be understood, softened, and transformed.

Through Rapid Transformational Therapy® (RTT) and hypnotherapy, I help clients uncover the subconscious beliefs and emotional patterns that may be contributing to anxiety, self-doubt, overwhelm, people pleasing, low self-worth, or feeling disconnected from themselves.

My work is shaped not only by formal RTT training, but also by many years of experience supporting people through vulnerable and deeply human moments. I bring a calm, thoughtful presence to sessions and strive to create an environment where clients feel safe, seen, and genuinely supported.

I work with adults who are ready to release long-held patterns of negative thinking and self-limiting beliefs.

Who You Work With

You may be drawn to this work if you:

  • Are in in a point in your life sensing an inner transition

  • Feel ready to let go of old beliefs that once protected you but now feel limiting

  • Struggle with self-criticism, people-pleasing, or chronic self-doubt

  • Want to feel more at ease in your own skin

  • Are seeking inner confidence that doesn’t depend on external validation

  • Value depth, reflection, and meaningful personal growth

Clients describe sessions as deeply calming, emotionally insightful, and transformative in ways that continue unfolding long after the session ends.

Through a compassionate, integrative approach, I help clients discover new ways of seeing themselves—so they can feel more confident, grounded, and secure in who they are.

My work supports deep inner change, allowing clients to reconnect with self-trust, self-worth, and a more loving relationship with themselves.

Many people reach midlife carrying stories they never consciously chose—beliefs shaped by early experiences, relationships, caregiving roles, illness, loss, or years of putting others first. Over time, these patterns can quietly erode confidence, self-compassion, and a sense of inner ease.

Lani Hubbard

RTT® Certified Hypnotherapist

I’m especially passionate about helping people reconnect with their inner confidence, clarity, and self-trust — and see themselves in a new light.

Healing does not always require years of struggle. Sometimes profound change begins with finally understanding the story beneath the pattern.

My role is to help you gently uncover and transform those inner narratives.

I work with clients who sense there is more available to them—more peace, more clarity, more self-acceptance—but who feel held back by old thought patterns or emotional imprints that no longer serve them.

Using hypnotherapy and integrative mind-body approaches, I support clients in:

  • Releasing unconscious beliefs that fuel self-doubt, anxiety, or feeling “not enough”

  • Reframing internal narratives with compassion rather than force

  • Cultivating a deeper sense of safety, confidence, and self-trust

  • Seeing themselves in a new light—one that reflects their resilience, wisdom, and wholeness

This work is not about becoming someone new.

It is about remembering who you are beneath the layers.

How it works

The Process

01

20-Minute Free Discovery Session

A low-pressure 20-minute call to share what's happening, ask questions, and see whether this work is the right fit. No obligation.

02

30-Minute Intake Session

Before your RTT session, we will meet virtually to explore your goals, challenges, personal history, and the changes you would like to create. This conversation helps clarify the focus of your session and allows me to tailor the experience specifically to you.

03

Personalized RTT Session (60–90 Minutes)

During the session, we work with the subconscious mind to identify and reframe the deeper beliefs, emotional conditioning, and protective patterns connected to your issue. Clients often gain meaningful insight, emotional release, and a greater sense of clarity and self-understanding.

04

Customized Hypnotic Recording

After your session, you will receive a personalized recording created specifically for you using the insights and transformation work from your session. Listening consistently helps reinforce new neural pathways and supportive beliefs at the subconscious level.

05

20-Minute Follow-Up Integration Call

Approximately 1–2 weeks after your session, we reconnect to discuss your experience, shifts you may be noticing, and any questions that arise as you continue integrating the work.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is hypnotherapy right for me?

Hypnotherapy may be a good fit for you if you find yourself in a place of transition rather than crisis.

It tends to be especially supportive for individuals who:

  1. Feel “mostly fine” on the surface, yet sense something has quietly shifted beneath the roles and responsibilities they’ve carried

  2. Notice recurring emotional or thought patterns—such as self-doubt, over-responsibility, people-pleasing, or feeling stuck—that insight alone has not fully resolved

  3. Are motivated for change, but do not want to spend years analyzing the past

  4. Value depth, reflection, and internal alignment rather than quick fixes or surface-level motivation

  5. Are open to working with the subconscious mind in a grounded and collaborative way

  6. Want support reconnecting with confidence, self-trust, or identity during midlife or later-life transitions

Hypnotherapy works best when there is a willingness to be curious—to explore how earlier experiences may have shaped present-day patterns, and to gently update those patterns to reflect who you are now.

It may not be the right fit if you are seeking emergency mental health support, looking for someone to “fix” you without participation, or expecting hypnotherapy to replace medical or psychiatric care.

If you are unsure whether this work aligns with your needs, a discovery call can help clarify whether we are a good fit.

What does hypnosis feel like?

Most people describe hypnosis as deeply calming, grounding, and inwardly focused.

You may feel physically relaxed while your mind remains aware and engaged. Some people notice their imagination becomes more vivid, memories feel easier to access, or emotions feel more connected and understandable.

Many clients are surprised to discover they are not “gone” or unconscious at all. In fact, most remember the session clearly afterward.

There is no one “right” way to experience hypnosis. Some people feel deeply immersed, while others feel simply relaxed and focused. Both experiences can still be effective.

Will I lose control during hypnosis?

No. You remain aware and in control throughout the session.

You cannot be made to reveal secrets, act against your values, or do anything you do not want to do. Therapeutic hypnosis is a collaborative process built on safety, consent, and trust.

If needed, you can speak, move, pause, or stop the session at any time.

How many sessions will I need?

Some individuals experience meaningful shifts after a single RTT session, while others benefit from a series of sessions depending on the complexity and depth of the issue being explored.

Patterns connected to identity, long-standing emotional conditioning, chronic stress responses, or layered life experiences may unfold over time and benefit from additional support and reinforcement.

The goal is not simply temporary relief, but lasting internal change that feels integrated and sustainable.

What happens after a session?

Following your session, you will receive a personalized recording designed specifically for you.

This recording is an important part of the process and is intended to help reinforce new beliefs, emotional associations, and thought patterns at the subconscious level. Clients are encouraged to listen consistently for the recommended period following the session.

Some people notice immediate shifts, while others experience more gradual changes over days or weeks. It is also common to feel emotionally reflective, tired, lighter, or more aware as old patterns begin to loosen.

Creating space for rest, hydration, grounding, and self-care after a session can be supportive.

Are sessions virtual or in person?

Sessions are currently offered virtually via a secure video platform, allowing clients to participate from the comfort of their own environment.

Virtual hypnotherapy can be just as effective as in-person work, provided you have:

  1. A quiet, private space

  2. A stable internet connection

  3. Headphones or earbuds if possible

  4. A willingness to be present and uninterrupted during the session

How do I get started?

The process begins with a complimentary discovery call where we can discuss what you are hoping to work on, explore whether we are a good fit, and determine whether hypnotherapy feels aligned for you at this stage in your journey.

You do not need to have everything figured out before beginning. Often, people simply arrive with the sense that something within them is ready to shift.
